CUSTOM BUILDS BY W.T.F. CUSTOM FABRICATIONS

2001 Honda CRF450R Yamaha Warrior

Built in 2008 this Quad sits at 4ft wide and 7 feet long. The Honda race engine is custom fit into this Yamaha frame. Being that this motor was from a dirt bike and not another quad it has roughly 15 more horse power than any other quad coming out of the manufacturer of this size. Again adding an intake system with a single pod filter and a quick re-jetting this gives us another few horses for the fun of it. The White Brothers E exhaust doesn't hurt either. The front is widened by WTF's custom built mounting brackets. The rear has a 6in extended swing arm. Underneath this beast is a  Works rear shock and up front is fitted with 2 gas shocks from a special edition YFZ450.

1980 KZ440 'Bare Metal Chopper'

Built this year in just two weeks. Fully Custom frame, exhaust, sissy bar, seat, jockey shifter, tail light bracket, brake pedal, and electrical box. What this bike lacks in motor it makes up for in pure style. With a 6 inch extended frame this is a comfortable ride for any size rider. Every inch of the bike is bare metal to give it a look like none other.

A single shock under the seat allows for a smooth glide as it cruises the open highway. Make no Mistake this is a head turner and gets compliments everywhere it goes.

'Street Rod Chopper'

1981cb900 Powered by a 96CBR 600R Engine.

Frame is customized from the neck back and stands wildly 3 feet tall at the bars.
Everything is powder coated Copper and Black.
Stock air box replaced by machined intake system, built and designed by WTF Custom Fabrications, adding 15 horsepower at peak RPM and gives it an insane throttle response. Intake stacks accommodate 43mm K&N pod filters to top it off.
5 teeth were added to the back sprocket to give this beast a nasty punch.

3rd gear at 100 plus MPH in about 10 seconds.

1973 CB350F 'Barn Yard'

A true basket case arriving at the shop in three different boxes the bike had been in for ten plus years. A little over a month to complete, this is truley a rare ride that earns the name Barn Yard. Equipped with a custom frame, fender struts, headlight bracket, seat, fender, and electrical box this thing is a unique flash from th 70's with a true to era springer front end that shines in the AZ sun. Make no mistake, this 350 is no slug having horse power to spare when you need it.

Another full custom build for us at W.T.F. Fitted with 1 inch Sportster controls to give it a beefy feel and added comfort this beauty is as ballanced as it gets. Like always we hooked her up with custom handle bars and a wicked sissy bar built right in the shop from raw materials. Adding a W.T.F. Weld-on 5 inch extended hardtail sets this lady a staggering 3 inches off the ground. A layer of GT Sport Silver powdercoating to the frame and accents then we turned to the motor. After 5 hours of polishing to the engine cover and forks we have the mirrored look to the side cases, forks, and rims. Some new rubber and we apply the tins after a fresh coat of 1973 Elkhardt Corvette Green. Lastly the seat is placed after hours of shaping and polishing the 1/8th inch aluminum plate to give it a look not to be matched other than the side cases themselves.
